This role is integral to developing and implementing advanced algorithms and predictive models that drive their pricing and revenue management strategies. Your expertise will help them optimize betting odds, identify new betting opportunities, and enhance user engagement through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire data science lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment, ensuring insights are actionable and beneficial to our betting strategies. Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to define and execute data science strategies that drive innovation and enhance our betting products. Algorithm and Model Development: Lead the development of sophisticated data analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve complex betting industry challenges, such as optimizing odds and predicting betting patterns. Insight Generation: Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that can enhance our betting strategies and improve customer experience. Qualifications: Educational Background: Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Industry Experience: Extensive experience in a senior data science role, ideally within the betting, gaming, or financial industries. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python or R, with deep knowledge of data analysis and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras. Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets. MLOps Knowledge: Familiarity with MLOps best practices and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure models are efficiently deployed and maintained. Industry Insight: Knowledge of betting markets and regulatory environments is a plus.
