Key Responsibilities Depending on your strengths, you could be working on: Research&Innovation Developing novel AI/ML models , publishing research, and contributing to the global AI community. Collaborating with universities, research labs, and industry leaders to explore cutting-edge AI techniques . Designing experiments and prototypes to validate hypotheses in BioTech, Robotics, Climate, and more . Applied Machine Learning&Deployment Taking research concepts from ideation to production , ensuring they scale in real-world applications . Building and optimizing machine learning pipelines for large-scale AI deployments. Deploying deep learning and statistical models for high-impact AI solutions . Working with engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable platforms and products . Rapid Prototyping&Software Engineering Creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) to test new AI capabilities quickly. Developing AI-powered applications and tools to solve real-world problems. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX code. Participating in hackathons and internal innovation challenges to explore new ideas. Skills&Experience We are looking for candidates with a mix of skills , including: Strong programming skills in Python (and ideally one other language like C++ or Rust). Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face). Knowledge of statistical modeling, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or NLP . Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). (For researchers) Strong publication record in AI/ML conferences or journals.
