CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Reading. ROLE : Customer Service Advisor SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum JOB TYPE : Ongoing contract LOCATION : Reading (RG1) HOURS : Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday WORKING PATTERN : Hybrid working – currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position . THE ROLE: A telephony-based role where you will be on the phone speaking with customers and by email to resolve outstanding account balances. Sending information requests to customers and managing responses. Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts. Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner – will have a strong telephony background. Self-sufficient with excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent IT Skills
