The Role The Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager will oversee the smooth running of a flagship loyalty programme while driving innovative CRM campaigns. Reporting to the Head of CRM&Loyalty, this role is key to enhancing customer retention and delivering business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of three, fostering growth and collaboration. Manage and optimise a globally recognised loyalty programme, enhancing customer experience. Drive the CRM roadmap to achieve strategic goals, focusing on customer lifetime value. Implement automated, data-driven campaigns to support the customer lifecycle strategy. Analyse customer behaviour to develop targeted communication strategies that boost retention. Essential Skills Proven experience in a Senior CRM Manager role with a focus on loyalty programmes. Strong expertise in deploying CRM initiatives across both in-store and online channels. Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and innovative campaigns. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Optimove, Braze).
