Key Responsibilities: To take lead on large scale, multi-million-pound B2B commercial contracts. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance within ingredient manufacturing. Develop and maintain strong business partner relationships at senior level with key stakeholders, providing an appropriate level of challenge and maintaining rigour and integrity. Qualifications: Qualified solicitor of England and Wales with significant experience in commercial transactions. Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
