Senior Business Development Manager - Carbon Tech Company As a (Senior) Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling impact by helping climate-conscious organisations navigate, access, and finance high-integrity climate solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change in the voluntary carbon market while contributing to the broader mission of accelerating climate action. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals, consistently meeting quarterly sales targets. Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders, engaging in both inbound and outbound prospecting, attending industry events and networking. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to share feedback, iterate and innovate. Track and forecast sales results using CRM systems. Analyse market trends and opportunities for growth. Requirements We are looking for a driven and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll excel in this role if you have: Experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles in top-tier corporate environments. Working knowledge of the voluntary carbon market, sustainability, or climate solutions. Ability to identify emerging trends and adapt sales, product and marketing strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment and navigating uncertainty. A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in solving challenges creatively.
