We are partnering with a globally renowned fashion brand who are looking for a Senior Benefits Manager to join their EMEA HR and Rewards team on a 6 month FTC. In this position, you will support the strategy and implementation of their benefits program and policies. The ideal person will be personable with excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work with a data driven and methodical approach. Experience covering European markets is a must. The role: Contribute to the strategy and manage the implementation, communication and analysis of the benefits programs and policies Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and buy-in of new benefits and compensation projects, programs and policies Lead employees benefits reviews and benchmarks at country level, including benefits renewals and implementation of new benefits Liaise with external vendors and brokers to understand local benefits marker practice, legal requirements and tax implications Perform detail analysis on existing programs and processes, and provide recommendations for enhancement for greater effectiveness and efficiency Advise and provide training and guidance to regional HR/payroll colleagues and management on benefit policy Maximize employees’ understanding and appreciations of our benefits packages to drive employees’ engagement Contribute to the implementation of special compensation projects across the region partnering with business leads, local HRBPs, payroll, finance and legal Experience needed: Solid experience in a European or global compensation role, with particular exposure to benefits is required Experience in working with benefits brokers (Mercer, AON, Willis Towers Watson, …) Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to consolidate various data sources into easy-to-understand reports/dashboards Excellent analytical skills be able to manage extensive amount of data and to interpret and present data Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple competing deadlines Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing Ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines Experience from the Fashion or Retail space is preferable Enjoys building relationships and collaborating across teams
