SENIOR ANALYST Customer Experience&Marketing Performance £55k - £65k Hybrid / London Work across a range of clients in retail, telco, automotive and healthcare industries Deliver a range of analytics projects to support omnichannel customer experience and personalisation Strong skills with SQL and GA required for analysis as well as excellent data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau Excellent communication skills to liaise with, and nurture client relationships I'm currently partnered with a Global Marketing Commmunicaitons agency to hire for a Senior Customer and Marketing Analyst to join their indsutry leading Digital&Customer team. A chance to diversify your experience by working across multiple clients in various industries, delivering insights and solutions to support improved omnichannel customer experience. You will use a variety of statistical analytics techniques including segmentation, modelling, performance marketing optimisation as well as delivering impactful customer insights around omnichannel customer journey. Responsibilities: Employ strong statistical analytical skills to optimise omnichannel customer journey Deliver insights to drive the understanding of customers, helping to shape future strategies, improve customer experience, deepen engagement, drive revenue Work with clients to help build relationships with key stakeholders from across the business and translate their ambitions and goals into analytical challenges Experience: Educated to degree level in relevant subject such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering etc. Advanced coding skills with SQL, working with large and complex data sets to extract insights and identify trends Exposure to cloud-based analytical platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery etc. A proven background in measuring customer journey across digital platforms Additional skills in leveraging Python for coding and modelling strongly preferred Strong technical skills with Google Analytics (GA) as well as social media measurement tools such as Brandwatch / Sprinklr etc.
