Securitisation Paralegal (Conveyancing) Permanent Opportunity – Leeds Up To £25,300pa Benefits Leeds – Hybrid Working My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal within Property/Conveyancing to join them on a permanent basis – working as their new Securitisation Paralegal in their Leeds office. This Securitisation team is at the heart of the business for this firm – they work on property transactions with a broad range of clients, ranging from social housing and care homes, charities and private developers. As the successful Securitisation Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: Providing clients, Partners and Solicitors with regular progress reports Identifying titles at the Land Registry Carrying out and reviewing property searches Conducting extensive legal research Reviewing title registers and plans to ascertain land ownership Drafting, amending and sending out legal documentation Providing cover to other Paralegal staff in the team when required Assisting with the organising, delivery and monitoring of significant transactions much more. To be considered for this Securitisation Paralegal, you’ll need to have/be the following: Be degree educated (minimum 2:1 LLB/GDL) Have previous/existing experience within – Conveyancing, Property or Securitisation Have a strong understanding and working knowledge of Land Registry Be able to commute to the Leeds office For more information and to see an in-depth job description, please get in touch ASAP.
