We are hiring for SAP HCM Subject Matter Expert ( Not offering sponsorship ) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration. This role will be crucial in driving the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of our SAP HCM solutions for our existing customer serving the largest within the UK. Key Responsibilities: Functional Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including configuration, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP HCM solutions. Design, develop, and implement complex SAP HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, and reports. Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Project Management: Lead and manage SAP HCM projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM systems, including resolving incidents and resolving issues. Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to optimize system performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM releases and trends, and implement necessary upgrades and enhancements. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Train and mentor team members on SAP HCM functionalities and best practices. Develop comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing and self-service support. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to achieve project goals. Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Must Have: At least few years of Experience configuring and implementing any SuccessFactors modules. At least a total of 3-5 years of relevant IT or Operations experience preferably in SAP HCM Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support Ability to document and present solution using various methods (client facing, presentations, and demos) Knowledge of HR business process design and development Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration. Deep understanding of SAP HCM configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management and organizational skills. Certification in SAP HCM modules is preferred.
