TechOhana has partnered with a Global IT Partner seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud SME to spearhead their latest project Following the successful rollout of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, the company is now focused on developing a cutting-edge client-facing Service Cloud portal to enhance customer experience and streamline operations. Role Details: Rate: Dependent on experience (DOE) IR35 Status: Yet to be confirmed Location: London (occasional office travel required) Start Date: ASAP What You’ll Bring to the Table: Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. In-depth knowledge of Entitlement Management —this is an essential requirement. Proven experience with Omnichannel and leading complex projects within Salesforce environments.
