They are searching for a Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant who: Has hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics). Excels at creating interactive dashboards, actionable insights, and custom solutions that empower teams. Can translate complex requirements into scalable solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. Skilled in data modeling, advanced queries, and automating processes using CRMA. Why? Key Responsibilities Configure and optimize Salesforce CRMA tools to align with client objectives. Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and analytics apps. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and design tailored solutions. Deliver training and documentation to ensure users maximize their value from CRMA. Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce CRMA/Tableau CRM consultant. Salesforce certifications (CRMA Consultant Certification a plus). Proficiency in SQL, SAQL, and data visualization techniques. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
