I am currently seeking a Sales Support professional to join a brilliant asset manager with an outstanding culture and exciting growth plans. In this role, you will work with a lean distribution team to support their advisory, discretionary, strategic partner and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in asset management sales support and is looking to take their career to the next level. The day to day of the role will be: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments Provide administrative support to the sales team Assist in the preparation of client presentations, RFPs, and other sales materials Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales-related activities Update and maintain client data in the company's CRM system Manage client inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in asset management sales support Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with CRM systems Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities If you are interested in finding out more, please submit your application here or email Chris at Christopher.rolfebruinfinancial.com.
