Job Title: Sales Progressor Location: North London Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 Commission About the Role: Our client, a busy and forward-thinking business based in North London, is seeking a Sales Progressor to join their in-house team. K ey Responsibilities: Sales Process Management: Oversee the progression of property sales from offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. AML Checks: Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks to comply with regulations. Coordination: Manage key stages such as deposits, surveys, and gathering mortgage broker details. Sales Memoranda: Prepare and issue sales memoranda accurately and promptly. Communication: Act as a central point of contact for clients, brokers, surveyors, and solicitors, ensuring all parties are kept informed.
