This role is ideal for a professional with knowledge of textile processing and exposure to international sales Responsibilities: Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to maximise sales potential. Lead and inspire a sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure individual and team success. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that values teamwork and celebrates achievements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify new customer segments and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in textile/chemical market sales – international exposure Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
