Benefits: Competitive Salary Clear Progression Plan 4 Day Working Week Commission (OTE £60k-£70k) Key Responsibilities: Lead the Team: Hire, train, and support the sales team to perform their best. Hit Targets: Set and meet sales goals each month, quarter, and year. Grow Business: Find new customers and grow relationships with existing ones. Track Progress: Keep an eye on sales numbers and report to management regularly. Plan Sales: Create and adjust sales plans to meet market needs. Work Together: Collaborate with other teams like marketing and customer service to improve results. Know the Market: Stay updated on telecom trends and competitors to stay ahead. Ensure Compliance: Make sure the team follows company policies and industry rules. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially in telecoms or a related industry. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team. Goal-Oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding targets. Good Communicator: Strong skills in talking, listening, and building relationships.
