Sales Manager – Luxury Property Location: Cirencester Salary: Up to £60,000 £100,000 OTE Are you experienced in selling high-end properties in Gloucestershire? Do you have a network of high-net-worth (HNW) contacts and a strong background in sourcing buyers for premium real estate transactions? If you've worked with a top-tier agency, specializing in £1 million properties for investors or second-home buyers, this opportunity is for you. A leading luxury residential developer is seeking an experienced professional to join as a Sales Manager during an exciting period of growth. The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £60,000, with a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £100,000. Using your established network and expertise in the luxury property sector, you will manage the sales of an exclusive portfolio based in the Cotswolds. Your clients will include high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) seeking second homes in the area, as well as investors looking to expand their property portfolios. As Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record working with top-tier agents, high-end developers, or as a buying agent with access to a network of HNW individuals interested in off-plan or ready-to-move-in properties. You will be a highly motivated, commercially savvy professional, passionate about the luxury property market, and experienced in handling new homes transactions. You will have a strong background in property sales management and a history of executing successful sales and marketing strategies, always delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role offers a comprehensive package with a potential earning capacity of up to £100,000. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in luxury new home sales, ideally in prime locations such as Central London or the Cotswolds. Background as an estate agent selling high-end properties. Proven ability to manage ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, both domestic and international. Strong understanding of strategy setting and sales forecasting within the new homes market. Highly driven, self-motivated, and determined to exceed targets. Established network for lead generation and a client base seeking high-end properties. In-depth knowledge of the new homes market. Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets. Valid UK driving license.
