Sales Manager – Aesthetic Devices My client is a medical aesthetic device company experiencing an unprecedented demand for their treatments, stimulating the need to hire a new Sales Manager based in the Midlands region. Your highly reputableðical sales, marketing&training skills are needed to support my client's top customers&KOLs in the region. As well as ensuring maximum revenue generation for existing clinics, you will hunt for business, forging successful win-win partnerships. Key Duties: Hit new business sales targets, self-generating leads&appointments. Ensure a tight collaboration with clinics, being always visible&accessible. Provide both clinical&commercial training to your clinics. Feedback on best marketing practices to drive patient demand. Ensure that clinics are providing a positive end-to-end customer journey for their patients. Develop&deliver business-focused sales presentations for high-potential clinics. Productively prioritise, managing your schedule&CRM to ensure consistent sales results. Person Specification: Educated to degree level with five years in medical sales, preferably in aesthetics or a closely related sector. You will have the drive and talent to achieve agreed KPIs whilst maintaining brand standards. You are proud of your coaching&training abilities delivered to individuals&small groups. You must be able to demonstrate a profitable&successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Experienced in advising on marketing campaigns that drive lead generation. UK Driving licence Package: This is a full-time remote role offering a competitive salary&motivational bonus structure.
