Due to continued growth and success, our client is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales within the sector. As the Education Sales Manager , you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of five direct reports , ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while developing strong relationships with key clients. You will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing sales initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and positioning our client as a market leader in EPOS solutions for the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of five sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the education sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and universities. Monitor team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance productivity. Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with customer needs. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a sales leadership role , ideally within the education sector or a related industry. Strong knowledge of EPOS solutions or similar technology-driven sales. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team to exceed targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and leadership. Why Join?
