Responsibilities: Identifying and acquiring new customers in the commercial, SME, and industrial sectors through direct sales and partnerships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs). Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Advising businesses on energy procurement strategies, cost-saving opportunities, and sustainable energy solutions. Collaborating with TPIs to ensure effective promotion of the company’s renewable energy solutions. Achieving and exceeding sales targets, with structured training and support to help you succeed. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Keeping accurate sales records and providing performance reports to management. Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: A degree (or equivalent) – an interest in sustainability and business is a plus Previous B2B sales is beneficial. A proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for sales and relationship-building. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to new challenges.
