This is a dynamic, consultative role where you'll work directly with the Sales Director to identify, target, prospect, and close new business across a designated territory. If you're a self-starter with experience in high-volume sales, you are the right fit Key Responsibilities: Respond quickly and efficiently to assigned leads and new business opportunities. Prospect, meet KPIs, and book meetings with named accounts. Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute demand-generation campaigns. Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets. Conduct engaging, customer-focused sales presentations and demos via web-conference. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Fluent in German and English. 1-2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS space. Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline building, and closing deals. Strong questioning and listening skills to identify client needs and present solutions. A collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. Creative, innovative thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills.
