Asprey London Limited are currently recruiting for an exceptional Sales Executive within our Bruton Street Boutique in Mayfair. The successful candidate will produce sales and build customer relationships in line with Company expectations whilst playing an active role in the team in order to create the perfect customer experience. Responsibilities To fully support the management team in the achievement of the retail mission, vision, sales and customer service targets To deliver the ultimate customer experience, acting appropriately to ensure client satisfaction and retention To uphold all company procedures, promote a good work ethic, remain motivated and sales driven To be proactive in developing long-term client relationships and building a solid client-book To handle and care for merchandise in order to avoid and minimise loss To communicate upwards at all times to ensure openness and positive interaction To communicate with and treat colleagues fairly, equally and with respect. Supporting each other in training and development, motivating each other and harnessing a team spirit To actively sell merchandise ensuring the brands integrity is upheld To take all necessary care in the provision of a healthy and safe working environment for themselves and for those working around them Qualifications&Experience Experienced in luxury retail sales with exceptional interpersonal skills ability to develop strong client relationships with proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets impeccably presented with taste, manners and service standards to match Excellent professional communication skills including written communication results driven, product focused with an eye for detail and an expert in relevant product fields Ability to work with wide range of client types especially UHNW clients Gem-A or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage
