Sales Director £80,000 - £100,000 Package Remote - UK Elevation Sales division has partnered with a leading FM business to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director. The Sales Director will lead the Sales and Marketing teams in driving revenue growth organically and through acquisition of new clients and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. This role is pivotal to expanding market share, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. If you are a high-performing Sales leader from a Facilities management background we want to hear from you Experience&Skills required: Experience: • Proven experience in sales, preferably from associated FM industry sectors • Proven track record of success in new logo acquisition, cross-selling, and account management. • Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring a sales team to exceed targets. • Ability to foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance culture. • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Strong experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales pipeline management. • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and sales methodologies. • Ability to negotiate complex contracts and close high-value deals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Strong organisational and project management skills.
