Growth Director - Digital Recruitment - £100k base - £180k OTE - shares My client, a 70 head recruitment group , are on the lookout for a Growth Director to join their very impressive Digital arm, focusing on both net-new BD&strategic account development. You will play an instrumental role in what will prove to be a monumental 2-year period of growth&development for this Group. By which point, the Founders plan to be walking away after a successful event – something they are heading VERY nicely towards.
