Sales Director – Bathroom Industry ASR is partnering with a growing and ambitious business in the bathroom sector, seeking a Sales Director to drive growth and lead their sales team. The company designs and supplies high-quality bathroom products to retailers, merchants, buying groups, and the specification channel, including architects, designers, and regional housebuilders and developers. The business is seeing year-on-year growth in both turnover and gross profit and has exciting plans for the future. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring energy, ambition, and accountability to inspire the team and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, develop, and manage a sales team of around 15 people across retail, merchant, specification, and internal sales channels. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including buying groups. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to support business growth. Identify and establish new routes to market and sales channels. Monitor and coach the sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. Experience Required: A commercially astute and articulate sales leader. Proven experience in a Sales Director or similar senior sales leadership role, ideally within the bathroom or KBB sector. Strong leadership and management skills with a history of delivering results. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package (DOE).
