You Are: A dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR), selling IT Services or Consulting into the Telecoms sector across a broad geographical region including the UK and Europe. You will be aligned to our Telecoms Practice and assist in expanding our customer base, generating new leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting prospects with the right sales executive. The SDR will work with sales departments in acquiring new leads and nurturing existing opportunities in the sales funnel process. The Opportunity : Expanding Customer Base: Qualify business leads on all customers through proactive outreach and research - Conduct cold calls, emails and others outreach strategies to engage with decision makers Generating New Leads: Creating and managing a pipeline of prospective clients. Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential clients. Managing lead transition and follow up activity to ensures positive outcomes Soliciting Potential Customers: Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and present UST's solutions. Creating relationships with clients to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales. Navigate objections through value-driven messaging Articulate the value proposition of our products to our customers. Provide recommendations on sales efforts based on with feedback from prospects and customers. Facilitating Sales: Moving solid leads through the funnel, connecting prospects with the right salesperson to arranging in person meetings for deeper conversations to enable UST to be one step closer to closing deals Deliver ongoing weekly reporting and analysis to leadership team. Supporting the Sales Funnel: Working closely with the sales teams to nurture existing opportunities and move them through the sales funnel. Drive quota achievement for the UK/European region by focusing on qualified Sales opportunities What you need : Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field Proven experience of Sales Development, business development with a focus on selling complex IT Solutions, Services or Consulting Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods You love closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement Accountability : You crave accountability and excel in a results-based culture Communication : Clear, intentional, and curious.
