In this role, you will engage leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the platform can support their needs. By connecting directly with key decision-makers, you will play an essential role in expanding their platform's presence. About the Role: As the sole SDR, you will take charge of the sales function trailblazing across a landscape that is relatively untouched. Working closely with the Founder, you will have the autonomy to shape the sales strategy and directly impact the growth of the company as it expands its reach. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to introduce the software to market Manage the end-to-end sales process, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and nurturing long-term partnerships. Build relationships with potential clients, identify their pain points, and showcase how the platform can add value to their operations. Gather feedback from the market to influence product development and future updates. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and stay informed on market trends. About You: A proven track record in sales, ideally within software or accounting sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing decision-makers and articulating value propositions effectiveness. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, manage your workload, and plan your time effectively. A willingness to learn a new sector. Experienced using CRM tools Excellent communication and presenting skills.
