Our portfolio spans iconic brands sold through leading online retailers, including Amazon, Look Fantastic, THG, Ocado, TikTok Shop, and key marketplaces. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Controller, eCommerce to drive our digital growth and lead a high-performing commercial team. Role Overview This is a senior commercial leadership role, managing a team of seven (SNAMs, NAMs, NAEs, and Assistants). You will be responsible for shaping and executing the eCommerce strategy across pureplay retailers and marketplaces, ensuring revenue growth, customer partnerships, and brand visibility. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has proven experience working with Amazon. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of seven commercial professionals, driving performance across key eCommerce channels. Own and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Amazon and other major e-retailers, ensuring sustainable growth. Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals. Manage forecasting, pricing, trade investments, and profitability across accounts. Build strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring strategic alignment and effective negotiations. Oversee digital marketing spend and activation, working closely with internal teams to optimize eCommerce performance. Drive commercial excellence by continuously analysing data and identifying growth opportunities. Ideal Candidate Proven sales leadership experience in eCommerce / National Accounts, ideally from the Beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors. Must have experience working/managing Amazon Strong background in customer management, P&L ownership, and commercial negotiations. Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams. Strong understanding of digital commerce, online promotions, and retail media strategies. Highly analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
