I am looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join a new store opening in a lively residential area of London. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with a premium fashion brand, selling across both men's and women's categories. As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high level of service to each customer, offering personalised styling advice and recommendations based on their needs and preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they return for future purchases and engage with the brand. Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently communicate the features and benefits of items across both the men's and women's collections. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently delivering results. Actively contribute to achieving the store’s sales goals, participating in promotional events and campaigns to drive sales. Upsell and cross-sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and ensure customers leave with a complete look. Product Knowledge&Visual Merchandising: Stay up-to-date with the latest collections, trends, and key pieces in the men’s and women’s categories. Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure the store is welcoming and visually appealing to customers. Ensure stock levels are properly maintained, and product displays are replenished and organised. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team members to create a positive and supportive work environment. Assist in maintaining store standards, including cleanliness, organisation, and stockroom management. Support senior team members in daily operational tasks and provide feedback on customer preferences and sales opportunities. Store Operations: Assist in the opening and closing of the store, ensuring that all operational procedures are followed. Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges in an accurate and efficient manner. Ensure stockroom organisation and assist with stock replenishment and rotation. What We Expect from You: A passion for fashion and a deep appreciation for high-quality, premium products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers. A proactive, positive attitude, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team and store. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when maintaining stock levels and visual displays. An ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods, and provide support wherever needed. Ideal Background&Experience: Previous experience in retail or fashion sales, preferably within the premium or luxury segment. A demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with experience in customer-focused roles. Knowledge of both men’s and women’s fashion trends, as well as the ability to communicate product benefits effectively. Experience with visual merchandising and stock management is a plus, but not required. A keen interest in the brand’s ethos and a passion for delivering a high-level customer experience.
