Sales and Marketing Executive My client is a leading Financial Services firm dedicated to providing expert financial advice to businesses and individuals. We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team and contribute to their growth strategy. Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote our services, engage with current and potential clients, and build brand awareness. You will work closely with the Sales team and other departments to create compelling content, manage online and offline marketing activities, and support lead-generation efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Development&Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, email marketing, and print. • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for blogs, website, newsletters, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials. • Social Media Management: Develop and maintain social media strategies, manage day-to-day content posting, and engage with followers across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. • Lead Generation&Nurturing: Support the creation of lead-generation strategies, track conversions, and nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel. • Market Research&Insights: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to promote the firm’s services. • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in the firm’s messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels. • Event Management: Support the planning and execution of client events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and foster client relationships. • Analytics&Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to the marketing manager/director. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including client managers and business development, to align marketing strategies with the firm’s goals and client needs. Skills&Experience: • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a professional services or accountancy environment. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing. • Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences. • Experience in managing social media accounts and creating content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail. • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Desirable: • Knowledge of accounting/finance services and terminology is an advantage. • Experience in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
