As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training while contributing to the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns. Working closely with senior managers, you’ll have the opportunity to build your expertise and progress toward a leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to drive client acquisition efforts. Develop leadership and management skills by assisting with team coordination. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, offering suggestions for improvement. Partner with management to implement effective sales strategies and meet team goals. Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
