Position: Sales Acquisitions Reports to: Area Sales Manager&Commercial Director Location: Remote, with 1 day a week in central London and occasional Saturdays. Salary: £14-£18 per hour commission Full Time Job Overview Aesthetic Search is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Acquisitions to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement and securing sales for their renowned aesthetic treatments and services. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The Sales Acquisitions will ensure every client receives a personalised experience while meeting sales targets and contributing to the clinic’s overall success. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, providing expert guidance on the clinic’s range of treatments and services. Conduct consultations to understand client goals and recommend tailored aesthetic solutions. Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits and outcomes of their treatments, ensuring alignment with client needs. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to clinic revenue growth. Maintain a deep understanding of all products, treatments, and services to deliver accurate and compelling information. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Manage and maintain accurate client records in compliance with clinic protocols. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales, client advisory, or similar role, ideally within the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative and empathetic approach to sales. A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic treatments and a passion for the beauty and wellness sector. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in CRM systems and other sales management tools. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Experience / Licence / Certification: Phone Sales: 1 year (required) Beauty industry: 1 year (preferred) NVQ Level 2 or above in Beauty Therapy (preferred) Interested in Learning More?
