Based in the vibrant South West, this role is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact—fueling growth, cultivating strong business partnerships, and achieving exceptional results in the competitive UK market Responsibilities: Drive and manage sales growth across independent clients, distributors, and major retail partners. Lead, inspire, and support sales operatives and order processing staff to generate new business. Supervise goods dispatch to ensure seamless operations and high customer service standards, including stock levels, fulfillment providers, courier management, and returns handling. Identify opportunities to further grow and enhance existing customer relationships. Compile and present monthly sales performance reports Make strategic decisions that prioritize company profitability and uphold the brand’s reputation. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Sales AE or Junior AM Strong skills in customer satisfaction, account management, and customer service. Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships. Proven sales experience within the food/ drink sector - desirable Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
