We are currently partnering with a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy, who are recruiting for multiple Retrofit Assessor's to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Our client is proud to provide an excellent and holistic approach to projects which allows them to make a real difference in the communities we serve. This is a full-time position with a salary band of £30,000 to £40,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice. The client we are representing will offer extensive further training for candidates to obtain Retrofit Co-Ordination qualifications should they be interested in doing so. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Undertaking retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings Providing specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone, email and face to face Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients Supporting others to maintain appropriate client confidentially at all times in accordance with relevant policies and procedures Liaising with other staff in the Retrofit team to ensure effective workload planning, project development and delivery Experience required: Level 3 award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment Membership of a Trustmark Approved Scheme Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Minimum 1 year experience Strong technical knowledge of various insulation and heating systems Good attention to detail Rewards and Benefits: Competitive salary Generous annual leave entitlement Pension contribution Working hours: Monday - Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
