This is a critical role within their business, focused on driving customer lifetime value through creative and data-led retention strategies. As Retention Lead, you’ll take ownership of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty, working closely with leadership to shape and execute retention strategies that keep customers coming back for more. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the retention strategy , designing innovative, data-driven initiatives to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value. Analyse customer behaviour and key metrics like churn, repeat purchase rate, and engagement to identify opportunities for growth. Build and execute personalised customer journeys across email, digital channels, and beyond to enhance the customer experience. Develop and test creative solutions to reduce churn , improve loyalty, and maximise customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience. Report on retention KPIs , sharing actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Retention Expertise : Experience in growth marketing or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a subscription or consumer product business. Analytical Mindset : Strong ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Creative Problem Solver : Someone who challenges the status quo and develops bold, innovative retention strategies. Customer-Centric : Experience in personalisation, segmentation, and delivering exceptional customer journeys. Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or Tableau, and a strong grasp of CRM systems. Team Player : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and influence stakeholders.
