A great opportunity to build your career. The ideal candidate will be a Building Surveyor with experience of managing multi-site, multiple projects in a fast paced, live operational environment. Your decisions will help the business continue to operate whilst performing maintenance works in addition to programme planning major refurbishment projects. You will be operating as part of a project team and allocated your own retail portfolio. Working from home you will be responsible for coordinating your diary to meet with operators, contractors and consultants so likely to be on the road most days.
