Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards. Lead and inspire a team of service professionals to deliver a seamless dining experience. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in at least a 2 Michelin fine dining environment. A passion for service and exceptional attention to detail.
