You will be a key part of the residential property offering working on a range of high-quality matters. This role comes with great support and opportunity for progression. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, newbuilds, equity releases and re-mortgages. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents for residential conveyancing. Handle all transactions from inception to completion, maintaining exceptional accuracy, time management and care. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
