A leading Real Estate team seeks an experienced Senior Associate to join their Residential Development practice. The role involves working closely with Partners and clients on diverse, high-value transactions, with a strong focus on landlord and tenant matters and broader development work. Key Responsibilities Advising developer clients on landlord and tenant transactions, site acquisitions, disposals, and financing. Handling subsales, TOGCs, option agreements, and cross-disciplinary development projects. Supporting senior lawyers on large-scale transactions and mentoring junior team members. Collaborating with other departments on planning, construction, tax, and litigation matters. Participating in business development and client relationship management. Candidate Profile Candidate will ideally have 5 years PQE within residential development. Strong technical, drafting, and client management skills. A commercial, pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Proven ability to mentor junior colleagues and manage transactions efficiently. Excellent communication, organisational, and business development abilities.
