Your role as a Quantitative Research Manager will see you take the reins of research projects from brief to delivery. You’ll: Design impactful surveys that flow seamlessly and deliver meaningful insights. Analyse data , identifying trends and crafting compelling stories. Create visually engaging reports that resonate with clients. Collaborate with clients from diverse industries, becoming their trusted advisor. Mentor junior colleagues , sharing your expertise and fostering a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have: 3 years’ experience in an insight agency with a strong quantitative focus. Hands-on skills with data-processing tools like Q or SPSS. Exceptional project management skills and a love of tackling challenges head-on.
