Your Role: As a Relationship and Programme Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Tellmi’s services to schools, universities, the NHS, and other mental health service providers. You will be responsible for building relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring high-impact delivery of our platform. This role involves regular travel and direct interaction with commissioners and potential users (mainly young people), including leading workshops and outreach activities to promote Tellmi’s mental health services. What You’ll Do: Engage Stakeholders: Promote Tellmi’s services, lead workshops, and ensure high uptake among current stakeholders. Build Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with commissioners, healthcare and education organisations, addressing needs and exploring new opportunities. Onboard New Stakeholders: Introduce Tellmi to new stakeholders, helping expand our reach and impact. Campaign Delivery: Lead and improve engagement campaigns for stakeholders and users. Support Renewals: Work with commissioners to report on progress, prepare business cases and secure contract renewals. Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging. Reporting&Feedback: Regularly report performance to commissioners, gather user and client feedback, and improve services. What does success look like in 12 months Significant and measurable increase in users of the Tellmi app and services, across designated accounts Our commissioners and customers are delighted by our services Trusted relationship formed with key stakeholders in NHS and Education bodies Positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues at Tellmi Confident and able to support and add value across the business and other customers. To be experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to take on new and larger accounts as needed What We’re Looking For: Purpose-Driven: You are passionate about improving mental health, especially for young people. Relationship Builder: You excel in creating authentic relationships and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Proactive&Ambitious: You are self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and are eager to learn. Team Player: You work well both independently and as part of a team, managing your time efficiently. Confident&Personable: You can engage with diverse audiences, from young people to senior leaders. Desired Experience: At least two years in the health or education sector, ideally with NHS or local authority services. Experience in mental health, peer support, or youth services is a plus.
