Role Description: The Regulatory Compliance Manager will ensure appropriate rules and processes are in place for applicable jurisdictions for the organisation globally. The role will sit within the Global Markets division where you will be responsible for the management of regulatory reports related to non-financial data. Responsibilities: Regulatory Change Review : Keeping track of regulatory changes across various jurisdictions and ensuring they are properly implemented into reporting systems. Reviewing and Challenging Rules : Continuously assessing and questioning existing monitoring and disclosure rules to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations. Validating Rule Application : Collaborating with report preparers to verify the accuracy and completeness of regulatory rules configured within the reporting systems. Tracking Regulatory Updates : Implementing processes to ensure that regulatory changes are properly understood, documented, and tracked, while holding relevant business and technology partners accountable for their implementation. Onboarding New Regulations : Offering expertise in onboarding new regulatory requirements and designing operational plans to ensure readiness. Partnering with Stakeholders : Working with Compliance and Legal teams to collaborate with regulators and external advisors to ensure accurate regulatory interpretations. Understanding Trade Practices : Coordinating with trading desks and other business units to gain an understanding of complex trade booking processes when necessary. Governance and Oversight : Establishing effective governance and oversight to ensure that the monitoring and disclosure processes are compliant and function smoothly. What we are looking for: Background in Global Banking or Markets Operations, with familiarity in Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) or similar regulatory frameworks. Experience in global banking/markets operations, with knowledge of regulatory mandates. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly. Proven ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently. Ability to identify regulatory or process changes that impact various processes and stakeholders. Solid understanding of Operations processing and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Vision.
