Salary plus car/allowance Mon to Fri Hybrid - home based with travel across central to North West England Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to develop their HSEQ resource aligned against a cluster of key client sites within the midlands to north west of England These clients range from manufacturing to education, with each type of facility having their own particularly HSEQ needs As a Regional HSEQ Advisor you will take ownership of your region and clients, working closely with local Facilities staff and end user client staff to ensure H&S best practice This is a fantastic role for a confident H&S professional to join a world class employer, being exposed to different types of facilities and taking ownership of your own patch Actions will include: Support, coach and mentor the Accounts within your region on HSEQ matters and provide competent HSEQ advice, using a business partnering approach Internally audit on Accounts within you region, using a risk based approach Lead the incident investigation lifecycle on Level 3 and 4 incidents Provide oversight and governance on Level 1 and 2 incidents Facilitate the successful deployment of key HSEQ Strategic objectives such as the SafeChoice program, Permit to Work processes and the Lone Working Solution Understand where the significant risk areas are within your region, including statutory compliance, food safety and projects Live and breath Global and UK&I campaigns and initiatives including Safe Choice, Global HSE programmes and Wellbeing We need from you: Nebosh Gen minimum or above, plus sound HSEQ experience within the built environment, a background in Manufacturing or Education facilities would be highly useful
