The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients in the region. Key Responsibilities Account Management and Growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food ingredients industry. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions. Sales and Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in the assigned region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients. Conduct negotiations and close sales agreements in alignment with company policies. Market Insights and Strategy Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to refine offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies. Reporting and Forecasting Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
