What you’ll be doing You will be what we call a 360 consultant, which means you’ll have complete ownership of the entire end to end recruitment process, which includes: Winning new business as well as developing existing accounts with international firms through targeted business development. Developing and nurturing relationships with candidates, becoming an industry expert and trusted business partner in your selected field.
