Founded in 2021, we’ve had an outstanding first few years and are now looking to bring on a Delivery Consultant to take us to the next level. This role is a crucial position involving establishing relationships with top candidates in the space, understanding the needs of our clients, and overall driving efficiency across our key processes for success. We are a driven and fun team based in Southwest London. The successful candidate can expect full training directly from our founders and management team, as well as continued learning&development throughout the role. Role&Responsibilities Manage online job advertisements for Network Talent; create posting schedules, tracking daily and managing candidate pipeline effectively Write effective&creative job advertisements for all live vacancies Source sales talent for a range of fast-growth SaaS&tech organisations globally Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and job requirements Register&interview candidates looking for new job opportunities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company's CRM Complete additional sales&recruitment administration tasks such as data entry Help build our company brand via social media channels Staying up-to-date with market trends and industry knowledge to provide valuable insights The Successful Candidate Driven&hard-working; we are looking for ambitious individuals who will do what it takes to achieve their goals Resilience; able to embrace having difficult conversations, overcoming setbacks and objections Strong relationship building skills Team player; work collaboratively to achieve success Commutable to Southwest London Package Up to £25,000 basic salary OTE £40,000 (uncapped) 12-week training / onboarding programme with continuous learning&development opportunities thereafter Clear career progression route to managing a team Uncapped commission scheme Monthly socials (Sexy Fish, Urban Golf, Go Ape&Dinner at The Shard etc.) 25 days holiday Birthday off bank holidays Pension Regular team lunches&early Friday finishes Regular salary reviews
