We are partnering with a reputable law firm and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Solicitor (2-7 PQE) to join their growing team. Role Overview: As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice on various aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions in this fast-paced sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of real estate transactions from start to finish. Provide legal advice on property law, including commercial and residential matters. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements. Conduct due diligence and assist with negotiations on behalf of clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: Qualified solicitor (2-7 PQE) with experience in real estate law. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
