We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrator, numerate and highly IT literate, to join a rapidly growing Real Estate Financing firm in Central London, located on the cusp of Regent’s Park. This is a highly exciting time to join the team as they move into the next phase of their expansion plans. Duties include: Diary management and travel arrangements Collating and inputting confidential client information on to company’s database Frequent liaison with clients and brokers on behalf of the team Inputting payment details and invoices to the company’s database Assisting with a variety of research projects Supporting Directors with general office administration You will be: Highly numerate At least two year’s office administration experience from a Professional Services background desirable Excellent Excel skills Adaptable, can do attitude Team player Articulate If you have two to three years’ administrative support experience under your belt from a Professional Services/Financial background looking for a step up, we’d love to hear from you today.
