Quantity Surveyor Needed - Top Construction Consultancy Seeking Infrastructure&NEC ExperienceVarious LocationsA prestigious construction consultancy is seeking an exceptional Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile infrastructure projects for leading public and private sector clients.As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, with a particular focus on infrastructure schemes and NEC contract administration. Your technical expertise, commercial acumen, and collaborative approach will be vital in driving the commercial success of projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse cost plans and cash flowsManage financial control, cost reporting, and financial close-outAdminister NEC contracts, including change control and dispute resolutionProvide strategic commercial advice to project teams and clientsIdentify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycleQualifications&Experience:Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalentChartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or working towards chartershipMinimum 5 years' post-chartership experience in the construction industryProven track record in infrastructure projects and NEC contract managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsStrong team player with the ability to work collaboratively This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy and contribute to the delivery of transformative infrastructure projects.
