You will be exposed to multiple different parts of the organisation and have the chance to influence the strategic direction of Health&Safety for the business. The position will be reporting directly into the COO giving you a good opportunity to influence. The QSHE Manager will be responsible for: Driving health&safety cultural change and continuous improvement initiatives. Working across all areas of the business – warehousing and transport. Presenting Health&Safety trends and accident data to senior management. Establishing a structured programme of health&safety training throughout the company. The QSHE Manager will have: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health&Safety experience in warehousing, supply chain or a closely related sector. Ability to influence effectively at all levels.
